Some more dia marah aku saying that I should have kept the "wrong doing" (mistake je sebenarnye) a secret so that it won't become a big issue...Walhal no one is going or even blaming him at all...Boss yang mintak explanation from me only wanted to know the truth and he even admits that we sometimes make mistake...Human error...biasala... This colleague of mine is probably worried about how the Jap bosses will think about him and how others will think he lost control of the process... I was kinda frustrated because as far as I know him....He is not that "kaki tipu" type. Sometimes I think that I should choose what to tell and what to not tell... Even to the people who I am suppose to support. But, I wonder, is by shutting the fact up will do any good in long term? Sekarang cover up tiny issues...lama kelamaan....dah xterdaya nak cover up penipuan2 kecil yg relate to each other...lagi besar issue tuh... Its more to honesty and trust.
